The Michelangelo Court Project

We were proud to take on such a meaningful project, one that put forward-thinking design into action and delivered on a long list of goals. At the top of that list was building a home designed to stand the test of time as a safe, healthy, comfortable, and highly desirable high-performance dwelling.

Some may have wondered why we invested so much time, money, and energy into a single project. For us, the answer was simple: it mattered in every way. This build checked the boxes that conventional homes so often leave unchecked. The sense of accomplishment was shared by everyone involved; designers, engineers, inspectors, and trade specialists alike. Without exception, they told us how exciting it was to contribute to something truly extraordinary.

We were also proud to open the home to the public during the 2025 Reno Tour, sponsored by the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association, giving visitors the opportunity to experience firsthand what made this project so special.
