We’re thrilled to be taking on such a meaningful project—one that puts forward-thinking design into action and delivers on a long list of goals. At the top of that list: building a home that stands the test of time as a safe, healthy, comfortable, and desirable high-performance dwelling.

Some may wonder why we’d invest so much time, money, and energy into a single project. For us, the answer is simple: it matters in every way. This build checks the boxes that conventional homes often leave unchecked. And the sense of accomplishment has been shared by everyone involved—designers, engineers, inspectors, and trade specialists alike. Without exception, they’ve told us how exciting it is to contribute to something extraordinary.
