Our Clients approached us thanks to a Facebook post about how great we are to work with. We met at their house soon after, to discuss the problems they were having with their house. A one-story addition was built in the1970’s and was poorly insulated &  protected from the elements. It was a mess. The vision was to use the existing structure on which to build a new master bedroom suite and 3-pc bathroom, add a new second floor laundry room, and improve the overall layout,. We also designed and installed  a new, multi-zone HVAC system.

We finished this project a few months before the pandemic, and the clients could not have been happier about that.
