From day one, Sasha knew exactly what she wanted – and she made it clear. The house was set on a private lot in a great neighbourhood, with everything her family needed to be comfortable. The one problem? She couldn’t stand the tile choices made by the previous owner. Salmon coloured faux marble.
Once demolition began, we uncovered some “interesting” structural issues. The supporting wall slated to be replaced with a flush beam wasn’t exactly doing its job. Every stud had been cut with a chainsaw to “straighten” them before drywall was installed – a crude method, to say the least.
With selections finalized quickly and trades scheduled seamlessly, production moved smoothly. In just five weeks, the entire project was completed, including painting all 5,000+ square feet of the home. We started in early November 2017 and wrapped up before Christmas, exactly as promised.
