Manor Park Master Bedroom Suite Addition and Renovations

Our clients needed space for their growing family. They asked us to design and build an entirely new living space on the second floor, using the existing flat roof as a starting point. Our architect designed a layout that included a large bedroom, en-suite bathroom, laundry area, closets, and storage. We installed an entirely new and energy-efficient HVAC dual zone system, a new office with dedicated entry, and numerous other upgrades. It was a big job, and we corrected many issues, including squirrels living in the floor/ roof assembly, wasp nests, leaks, and structural damage. We are proud of how this renovation addition project came together, solving the homeowners’ problems.
