The problem our clients were having was that their basement is very large and it was being used primarily as storage. There is more than 1000 sq. ft. of usable space, not including a respectable 300 sq.ft.extra storage space. We also solved the problem when we uncovered a clean entry from outside for mice!
We were asked to perform other substantial renovations in the rest of this large home soon after we got started on the basement. The project was 90% complete when the Covid lockdown hit, so the family was able to enjoy the space during that ‘hard’ time.
