This large 1991 Minto production house in Centrepointe was in need of repairs, the kitchen and bathrooms worn out, and the roof and windows leaked. It was 2018 and time to renovate.

The scope of work included a large kitchen gut and remodel, new upgraded electrical panel and wiring, new layout second floor and 3 new bathrooms, a new front entry foyer, and plumbing replacement from poly-b (prone to leaks) upgraded to pex supply. It was a large project, but the clients remained in their home during production because we didn’t touch the bedrooms. We kept the spaces clean and safe at all times.
