Parkdale Ave Condominium Renovation

Tasha’s Condo Renovation
Objective
Our client was experiencing drafty and cold living conditions coupled with outdated finishes and a deficient HVAC system. We set out to fix the problems.

Tasha came to us through a trusted referral from a past client. Her main concern? A drafty, cold living environment that was anything but comfortable.

Because the home was a condominium, we had limited options for improving the building envelope itself. Instead, we focused on the systems inside. The existing baseboard heaters were relegated to backup duty, while we installed a new heat pump and forced-air handler to provide efficient, consistent comfort year-round.

At the same time, we gave the space a full refresh—renovating the kitchen and bathrooms, refinishing the floors, and bringing new life to the walls and ceilings.

The result was exactly what Tasha hoped for—and more. A warmer, healthier, beautifully updated home that truly works for her.

Testimonial

I worked with Phil and Revision Built to undertake an extensive renovation of my condo in 2022. It was a positive experience from start to finish. I had been nervous to start a renovation, but Phil made the process easy. He guided me in how to get the best results within my budget, ensuring key issues were addressed properly, suggesting opportunities to save where it made sense, and suggesting creative touches that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. Not only was Phil skilled at coordinating and managing the many sub-trades who worked on my project, he also has an extensive network of professionals, from a kitchen designer to a glass designer, who brought their talents and experience to the project.Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. My home finally looks the way I always wanted it to, and my comfort level has increased enormously. I can honestly say that my only regret was not doing it sooner!
