Joseph & Ruth’s Renovation Journey
Objective
Full customisation of a 1960's bungalow to suit our clients' needs. Design and build a new bathroom/laundry room where a bedroom once was, back door entry, new kitchen, windows, fireplace, and more.
We first met Joseph and Ruth at the 2017 Ottawa Home Show, where they shared their vision for transforming their home. Together, we decided to tackle it in stages – starting with re-purposing a bedroom into a spacious new bathroom and laundry room. The project was completed exactly on time and on budget, setting the tone for everything that followed.
That first success earned us the privilege of continuing renovations throughout the rest of their home. Along the way, Joseph and Ruth stayed comfortably in our Airbnb, making the process smoother and less disruptive.
Working with them was a true pleasure. They valued the effort, attention to detail, and results we delivered – and we valued the trust they placed in us.

We met Philip at the Ottawa Home Show in 2018 and while we had discussions with other companies, he impressed us right away with his knowledge of all aspects of the building trade and his ability to provide advice on design.
